The first of the Braia Villas to be completed, this villa boasts 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and large open plan living space. Three bedrooms boast large, super king size beds, (one of which can have an alternative arrangement of 2 singles) two more with comfortable king/queen size beds and a sixth bedroom with a double. A cot is available for infants and a toddler bed available for a younger child. Four luxury bathrooms, all fitted with walk-in showers and full bathroom facilities.

Il Gregge's private infinity pool boasts exceptional views across Apuane Mountains and the medieval castle of Bastia. Sun loungers, parasol umbrellas and fluffy beach towels all included.
Play Station, Music and Smart TV
Play your own favourite music on blutooth Music Speaker and keep the children occupied with Playstation4. BluRay player and videos are also available. Smart TV means you can log into Netflix and watch your own choice of movie.
Air Conditioning
This traditional solid stone house stays cool and 5 bedrooms have air conditioning. The lower cantina bedroom is cut into the hillside remaining cool however a fan is provided.
Private Terrace and BBQ
Boasting four main terraces, pergola, outdoor sofas and dining area seating 10. The large gas BBQ and pizza oven are a big hit with our guests.
